Marchant Recruitment is assisting an ambitious secondary school in Oxford to appoint a SENCo who will join the Senior Leadership Team from September, leading SEND strategy and EHCP provision across the school.
You will work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external specialists to audit and develop SEND provision, coordinate annual reviews, and manage LSAs while designing bespoke timetables and CPD for teachers.
