A prestigious and well-established independent school in Oxford is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and organised Facilities Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance and long-term development of its impressive school estate. This full-time, permanent role begins January 2026, offering an excellent opportunity for a facilities professional seeking a high-quality working environment and genuine long-term stability.
As the Facilities Manager, you will take full responsibility for ensuring the buildings, grounds, equipment and infrastructure of the school are safe, secure and maintained to an exceptional standard. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing health & safety compliance, risk assessments and statutory inspections
