Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive School Caretaker to join a well-regarded mixed secondary school in Oxford. This is a full-time, permanent position starting January 2026, offering a varied and hands-on role within a supportive site and operations team.

The Role
The School Caretaker will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, security and upkeep of the school site. This is a practical and varied role requiring reliability, attention to detail and a proactive approach to health and safety. Key responsibilities will include:
- Opening and securing the school buildings
