Marchant Recruitment is seeking an empathetic Attendance & Welfare Officer for a vibrant primary academy in Greater Manchester. You will manage daily register monitoring, lead interventions for persistent absence, and liaise with EWOs, senior leaders, teachers, and families to remove barriers to learning.

Working with senior leaders and teachers, you will conduct morning registration sweeps, make home calls, run early intervention meetings, maintain attendance logs in SIMS/Arbor.
