We are seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join our inclusive and supportive primary school in Reading from January 2026. This permanent position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants and offers the potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The RoleAs our Nursery Teacher, you will:
- Lead a nurturing nursery class that fosters independence and imagination
- Deliver a rich, play-based curriculum rooted in the EYFS framework
- Observe, assess, and plan effectively for each child’s development
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- (If applicable) Lead a subject area or phase, contributing to whole-school development
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience in EYFS or nursery provision
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child-led learning
- Creativity, warmth, and enthusiasm for supporting early development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
