The School
An academically focused sixth form environment supporting students as they prepare for university, apprenticeships and employment.
The Role
Teach Psychology at A Level or equivalent.
Plan lessons that develop understanding of psychological theories and research methods.
Support students with essay writing, evaluation and examination technique.
Monitor attainment and provide targeted academic support.
The Ideal Candidate
Relevant teaching qualification and Psychology subject knowledge.
Experience teaching post-16 students.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Able to motivate learners and develop independent study habits.
