The Role
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and lead the school’s recruitment cycle.
- Manage recruitment campaigns from advert to appointment.
- Handle onboarding, DBS checks, references & safeguarding vetting.
- Maintain staff records on the school’s MIS and Single Central Record.
- Advise staff on HR policies and employment processes.
- Coordinate performance management documentation.
- Support payroll accuracy and HR reporting.
