Our client is seeking an articulate, detail-oriented HR Manager to lead their central personnel department from September. Taking direct ownership of the school’s human resources framework, you will ensure total compliance with national safeguarding regulations while fostering a positive, professional working environment across academic and support faculties.

The successful candidate will maintain an immaculate Single Central Record (SCR) in strict accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidelines. You will manage end-to-end recruitment drives—from job drafting to onboarding—conduct pre-employment DBS checks, manage occupational health referrals, and advise senior leadership on sickness absence tracking, maternity/paternity processes, and employee relations.
