Data-Driven Interventions: Utilize regular formative assessments and mock exam analysis to identify specific learning gaps, deploying targeted scaffolding and vocabulary retrieval cycles to support all learners, including those with SEND.
Academic Pastoral Stewardship: Fulfill full form tutor responsibilities within an established year group, delivering pastoral curriculum units, tracking attendance, and maintaining proactive, supportive partnerships with families.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognized equivalent teaching credential, paired with a strong honors degree in French, Francophone Studies, or a closely related modern languages discipline.
Pedagogical Capability: A proven track record or clear capacity to deliver strong progress metrics in terminal public GCSE examinations across both tiers through structured, explicit foreign language pedagogy.
