We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Loughborough. This is an exciting opportunity for an Early Years practitioner to inspire young learners at the start of their educational journey, helping them develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for an Early Years class, delivering high-quality teaching across all areas of the EYFS curriculum, including literacy, numeracy, personal, social, and emotional development. You will create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure continuity of learning, support transition into Key Stage 1, and provide high-quality observations and assessments to track pupil progress. Differentiation and personalised support will be central to meeting the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL. This position is suitable for both Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners. ECTs will benefit from structured mentoring and professional development, while experienced teachers will be encouraged to contribute to curriculum development and whole-school improvement initiatives.
