About the Role

We are seeking a highly competent and adaptable School Administrator to join a leading academy within an established multi‑academy trust in Norwich. This position requires a candidate who is comfortable handling diverse administrative tasks, often under pressure, and who can maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body, including preparation of agendas and accurate minute‑taking.
  • Manage the school’s examination entries and results process in conjunction with the Examinations Officer.
  • Oversee the administration of pupil attendance, working closely with the Pastoral Team.
  • Maintain staff personnel files and ensure all safeguarding compliance checks (e.g., DBS) are up to date.
  • Coordinate staff training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions.
  • Be responsible for managing and updating the school’s main electronic and paper filing systems.
