A highly regarded Independent School in Norwich is seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to lead its busy administrative team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional administrator who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment and enjoys supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a successful school. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the school office, ensuring administrative systems operate efficiently while providing exceptional support to students, staff, parents and visitors.

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the administration team, overseeing reception services, coordinating school communications and ensuring accurate maintenance of pupil records. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support admissions, HR administration, school events, reporting processes and operational planning.

Responsibilities will also include managing office procedures, monitoring administrative workflows, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with school policies and data protection requirements.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer service, acting as one of the main points of contact for parents, governors, external agencies and visitors while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills together with the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities and maintain confidentiality at all times.
