An inspiring Independent secondary school in Norwich is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Librarian to lead and manage their well-resourced school library. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about literacy, reading and supporting students in developing strong independent learning habits.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the library, ensuring it remains a welcoming, engaging and purposeful learning environment for students across KS3, KS4 and KS5. You will manage book stock, organise resources and support students with reading recommendations, research skills and independent study.

You will work closely with teaching staff to support literacy initiatives and curriculum projects, helping to promote reading across the school community.
