Full-time role (Term-Time Only + 1 Week) | September start
Our client is seeking an articulate, resilient Family Liaison & Safeguarding Officer to join their inclusion team from September. Acting as the primary connection point between families and the school, you will offer non-judgmental guidance, coordinate early help plans, and help overcome barriers to pupil attendance and learning engagement.
Key responsibilities include managing early help assessments, conducting home visits, organizing parent workshops, and supporting child protection cases alongside the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). You will collaborate closely with local social care agencies, housing services, and healthcare teams to provide wrap-around support for vulnerable pupils.
