We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join a Good-rated secondary school in Norwich from January. This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive, forward-thinking Art department that values creativity, experimentation, and student expression.

About the Role

  • You will teach Art across KS3–KS4, supporting students in developing confidence across a range of media including drawing, painting, mixed media, print, and digital forms.
  • The role includes:
  • Supporting GCSE coursework development
  • Curating school displays and exhibitions
  • Encouraging independent artistic exploration

Students are encouraged to express personal ideas, cultural identity, and emotional insight through artwork — making this a role for a teacher who values student voice and creative autonomy.
