An Outstanding Academy in Northampton is seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspirational Maths Teacher to join its exceptional Mathematics department from September. About the Role

The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging and intellectually stimulating lessons that develop confidence, fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Students follow a carefully sequenced curriculum covering number, algebra, geometry, statistics, probability, and mathematical modelling, with many progressing to study A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics. You will inspire students to think critically, embrace challenge, and develop the analytical skills required for academic success and a wide range of future pathways.

In addition to classroom teaching, you will contribute to intervention programmes, curriculum development, and a variety of enrichment opportunities including the UK Mathematics Challenge, STEM events, university outreach programmes, and maths mentoring initiatives.
