A highly regarded Independent School in Norwich is seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to lead its busy administrative team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the school office, ensuring administrative systems operate efficiently while providing exceptional support to students, staff, parents and visitors. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the administration team, overseeing reception services, coordinating school communications and ensuring accurate maintenance of pupil records. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support admissions, HR administration, school events, reporting processes and operational planning.

Responsibilities will also include managing office procedures, monitoring administrative workflows, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with school policies and data protection requirements.
