An ambitious and well-resourced Outstanding secondary school in Newcastle is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive IT Technician to join their experienced support staff team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge who is passionate about supporting education through high-quality IT provision.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the school’s IT systems and infrastructure on a daily basis. You will provide first-line technical support to staff and students, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain devices and ensure all systems operate effectively across the school.

You will also support classroom technology including interactive displays, laptops, printers and network equipment, ensuring that teaching and learning can take place without disruption.
