The Opportunity & School Profile

This Outstanding academy, part of a supportive Multi-Academy Trust (MAT), requires an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee its primary site and potentially support others. The role is focused on driving operational efficiency and ensuring all premises provide an optimal, compliant, and safe environment for learning.

Core Responsibilities & Scope

  • Operational Management: Overseeing all day-to-day facilities operations, building security, and utilities management across the Trust sites.
  • Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all statutory H&S checks, ensuring robust risk assessments are in place, and reporting directly to the COO/Business Manager.
  • Team & Budget: Management of the site team, including appraisals and training, and working within strict budgetary controls.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year)
  • Salary Range: Competitive salary (ranging from £48,000 - £58,000 per annum)
