The role involves daily student support, coordinating welfare referrals, attending meetings with external agencies, liaising with parents, supporting interventions, contributing to safeguarding processes and helping students access required pastoral services.

You will also help run wellbeing initiatives, support safe spaces for vulnerable students, contribute to restorative approaches and monitor student progress during interventions. The school seeks someone emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure and committed to safeguarding and student welfare.

Requirements:
