A large, diverse secondary academy (KS3–KS5) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work with SLT in developing workforce strategy, managing complex ER cases, and driving organisational improvement. This is a senior HR role with strategic input.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on ER cases including grievance, disciplinary, and capability
- Provide coaching to leaders on HR policy and workforce planning
- Deliver HR reports and analysis for governors and trust leaders
- Oversee HR Assistants and ensure smooth daily HR operations
- Support on restructures, TUPE, and change management
- Coordinate CPD and talent development initiatives
About You
- CIPD Level 5 required; Level 7 desirable
- Strong ER experience within a school, MAT, or public sector
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
