A large, diverse secondary academy (KS3–KS5) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work with SLT in developing workforce strategy, managing complex ER cases, and driving organisational improvement. This is a senior HR role with strategic input.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on ER cases including grievance, disciplinary, and capability
  • Provide coaching to leaders on HR policy and workforce planning
  • Deliver HR reports and analysis for governors and trust leaders
  • Oversee HR Assistants and ensure smooth daily HR operations
  • Support on restructures, TUPE, and change management
  • Coordinate CPD and talent development initiatives

About You

  • CIPD Level 5 required; Level 7 desirable
  • Strong ER experience within a school, MAT, or public sector
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
