Our Client is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher to join a successful school in Hertford as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Mathematics and enjoys creating engaging lessons that enable students of different abilities to make strong academic progress.
The successful Maths Teacher will be expected to teach Mathematics across the relevant secondary age range, with responsibility for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress and supporting pupils in developing confidence in the subject. The department is well organised and benefits from a collaborative approach, with teachers working together to share resources, develop effective teaching strategies and support positive outcomes for students.

Experience and Qualifications

Maths Teacher with the ability to teach Mathematics across the secondary age range.

Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Mathematics.

A formal teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE.

Experience planning, delivering and assessing high-quality lessons.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.
