A high-achieving, Ofsted Outstanding Academy in Warwickshire is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Maths ECT to join its successful Mathematics Department from January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to complete your ECT induction in a school renowned for strong academic outcomes, excellent pastoral care and a warm, collaborative staff culture.

The successful candidate will teach across KS3 and KS4, and will gradually be supported to develop the skills required for A-Level teaching. The department follows a mastery approach, with clear progression models, shared planning and consistent use of retrieval practice, all accessible to new teachers through strong mentoring and departmental training. This role is ideal for early-career teachers who want to build confidence, receive high-quality feedback and become part of a dynamic, forward-thinking Maths team.
Experience & Qualifications- PGCE/QTS or working towards QTS
