We require an ambitious, intellectually rigorous Business Studies Teacher to deliver high-quality macro-economic, enterprise, and corporate operational instruction across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. KEY TASKS & DAILY OPERATIONS

  • Financial & Analytical Instruction: Guide pupils through corporate accounting models, profit-and-loss evaluation, cash-flow forecasting, human resource structures, and marketing mix matrices.
  • Examination Preparation: Guide Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 cohorts systematically through terminal examination frameworks, embedding precise data-response structures, evaluative essay methods, and retrieval practices.
  • Progress Monitoring: Run regular formative and summative assessment routines, utilising pupil tracking data to diagnose conceptual misconceptions and design sharp, targeted intervention sessions.
  • Pastoral Responsibilities: Undertake full form tutor duties, managing morning registration routines, tracking pupil attendance, and delivering the school's structured personal and social development programmes.
