A welcoming Catholic secondary school in Manchester is looking to appoint a Behaviour Manager on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026. The Role
Working as part of an experienced pastoral team, you'll support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 while helping to maintain the school's calm and purposeful learning environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading behaviour interventions for students requiring additional support
- Working alongside Heads of Year, safeguarding, and SEND teams
- Supporting restorative practice and reintegration meetings
- Monitoring behaviour, attendance, and punctuality
- Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies
- Maintaining accurate behaviour records and reports

The Successful Candidate
