A well-established secondary school in Maidstone is looking to appoint an organised and professional School Administrator to join its busy and welcoming office team. The Administration Team provides essential support across every area of the school, ensuring daily operations run efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

As School Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming visitors, parents and external agencies.
  • Managing incoming telephone and email enquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate pupil records using the school's management information system.
  • Preparing letters, reports and confidential documentation.
  • Supporting admissions and enrolment processes.
  • Coordinating appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post.
  • Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels.
  • Supporting attendance administration where required.
  • Assisting with school events and parents' evenings.
