An exceptional Outstanding secondary school in Maidstone is seeking to appoint an organised, professional and personable Admissions Officer to join its welcoming administrative team immediately. The Role
The Admissions Officer will manage the day-to-day admissions process, ensuring applications are handled efficiently and in line with school and local authority procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage admissions enquiries from prospective parents and carers.
- Coordinate applications from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
- Organise school tours, open mornings, open evenings and admissions events.
- Maintain accurate pupil records using the school's Management Information System (MIS).
- Liaise with local authorities and external agencies regarding admissions.
- Prepare admissions reports and support student data administration.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider school office.
