We are seeking a motivated, creative, and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Maidenhead, starting as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to teach a key stage where children develop independence, resilience, and critical skills in literacy, numeracy, and the wider curriculum. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 3 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons that challenge and support all pupils. Role Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
- Monitor pupil progress and use assessment to inform planning and differentiation
- Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND and EAL learners
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Promote positive behaviour, independence, and social development
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, colleagues, and school leadership to maintain consistency and high expectations
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers about pupil progress, achievements, and next steps
- Participate in staff meetings, CPD sessions, and school-wide initiatives
- Support pupils in building confidence, resilience, and a love of learning

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
