About the Role
The successful candidate will support the effective operation of the school site, helping to ensure that buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard and remain safe, secure, and fully operational. Working closely with the Site Manager and School Business Manager, you will carry out routine maintenance, complete health and safety checks, assist with site security, support contractor management, and respond to operational issues across the school.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation and security of the school site
- Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Complete health and safety and compliance checks
- Monitor heating, lighting, and building systems
- Assist with contractor visits and maintenance works
- Set up rooms and facilities for lessons, examinations, and events
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the site and grounds
