You would be working in a successful and creative department teaching Media Studies at GCSE and A-Level. The department is well-equipped with modern resources and encourages students to explore a wide range of media platforms, audiences and production techniques through engaging and analytical lessons.

Students are enthusiastic about Media and enjoy exploring topics such as digital media, film, advertising, representation and social media. Lessons are designed to develop analytical thinking, creativity and independent research skills while encouraging students to engage critically with modern media.

The department works collaboratively to deliver high-quality teaching and support students across all ability levels. Teachers are encouraged to contribute positively to enrichment opportunities including film clubs, media projects and wider creative activities throughout the school.
