- Onboarding Excellence: Designing a 5‑star induction journey for new starters to ensure high retention from day one.
- Trade Union Liaison: Maintaining positive and proactive relationships with local union representatives.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years in a generalist HR role, ideally within an Academy Trust.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and a high level of proficiency in HRIS platforms.
- Right to Work: Must possess the legal right to work in the UK.
