We are delighted to invite applications for a skilled and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our welcoming and inclusive school community in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced support professional to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences. You may lead whole-class sessions during teacher release time, deliver targeted interventions, and provide additional support to pupils who require extra help to achieve their potential. You will contribute to planning, assessment, and the delivery of learning activities, supporting pupils across a range of abilities and needs, including those with SEND and EAL. Building positive relationships with pupils is central to this role, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and confident in their learning.

The HLTA will also support behaviour management, help maintain a positive learning environment, and contribute to the wider life of the school. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work collaboratively with teachers, senior leaders, parents, and external professionals.
