About the Role
- You will support the teaching of DT by preparing resources, maintaining workshop tools, and ensuring students have the safe, structured environment needed to succeed in practical subjects.
- Your work will include:
- Setting up materials for resistant materials, product design, engineering and graphics
- Maintaining machinery such as band saws, laser cutters, pillar drills, sanders and 3D printers
- Ensuring all equipment is safe, compliant and logged correctly
- Organising storage and helping students with project construction tasks
- Assisting teachers during practical lessons and providing technical support
