An ambitious primary school in Westminster is seeking a reflective and skilled Year 4 Teacher to take up post from January 2026. The successful Year 4 Teacher will plan and deliver high-quality, knowledge-rich lessons, lead booster groups and support cross-phase projects. This position includes induction and pre-start planning before January 2026.

  • Year 4 Teacher required for a full-time lower KS2 role
  • Year 4 Teacher required to work within a forward-thinking primary school in Westminster
  • Year 4 Teacher to join an experienced KS2 phase and contribute to whole-school improvement

The Year 4 Teacher will use assessment to set clear next steps, create a purposeful classroom climate and work collaboratively with subject leads to raise standards across Westminster. The Year 4 Teacher will also contribute to enrichment activities and support pupils’ wider development.

Responsibilities
  • Plan coherent Year 4 lessons that build vocabulary, knowledge and reasoning.
