About the role
The Year 4 Teacher will create progressive units that build vocabulary and disciplinary knowledge, deliver high-quality guided reading and mathematical reasoning sessions, and design focused interventions to close gaps. The Year 4 Teacher will use assessment to set precise next steps and will collaborate with subject leads across Lambeth to develop curriculum resources and best practice. The Year 4 Teacher will also support transition work and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver ambitious Year 4 lessons that combine clarity, challenge and purposeful practice.
- Lead small-group tuition, evaluate impact and adapt provision accordingly.
