About the role
The Year 4 Teacher will design sequenced units that build cumulative knowledge, deliver guided-reading and maths reasoning lessons, and run focused small-group work to close gaps. The Year 4 Teacher will be part of a collaborative phase team in Ealing, contributing to curriculum planning, CPD and moderation activities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and teach sequenced Year 4 lessons with clear progression and purposeful differentiation.
- Lead interventions, evaluate impact and adapt provision to meet learners’ needs.
- Contribute to whole-school curriculum development and moderation across Ealing.
- Communicate progress to parents and participate in reporting cycles.
