The Year 3 Teacher will plan differentiated daily lessons, deliver focused guided-reading and maths teaching, and assess learning to set precise next steps. The Year 3 Teacher will also support transition work from Year 2, liaise with parents and take part in whole-school initiatives. The Tower Hamlets school offers strong CPD, collaborative planning and supportive leadership to develop the Year 3 Teacher’s practice.
Key responsibilities- Create high-quality Year 3 lessons with clear progression and purposeful differentiation.
