Are you a reflective and motivated Year 3 Teacher looking for a stimulating role from January 2026? A lively primary school in Southwark is recruiting a Year 3 Teacher to join their KS2 phase and drive high-quality classroom practice. The Year 3 Teacher will deliver engaging lessons that develop pupils’ conceptual understanding in reading, writing and mathematics, use assessment to set precise next steps, and lead small-group interventions where needed. The successful Year 3 Teacher will take part in induction activities prior to January 2026 and will be fully involved in planning and assessment cycles from the start of term. This Year 3 Teacher post is well suited to a capable practitioner who values collaboration, reflective practice and strong home–school links. Responsibilities:
