Our welcoming and ambitious school in Barnet is seeking a passionate Year 1 teacher to join our team from January 2026. What we are looking for:
- QTS with recent KS1 teaching experience

Key responsibilities:
- Teach a Year 1 class full-time, fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
- Track pupil progress and use assessment to inform planning and next steps
- Contribute to year group and whole-school initiatives and projects
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes wellbeing, confidence, and resilience
- Engage with parents and carers to build strong partnerships supporting pupils’ learning and development
