A welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in South East London is seeking a compassionate, patient, and committed SEN Teacher to join their team for an immediate start. About the Role

You will work with students who may have:

  • Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Communication and sensory needs
  • Social, emotional, and behavioural needs

Classes are small, with a high level of support staff to ensure each pupil receives individualised attention. You will plan and deliver lessons which are differentiated, scaffolded, and adapted to support progress at different cognitive, emotional, and developmental levels. You will work closely with:

  • Teaching Assistants providing 1:1 and small group support
  • Speech & Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy staff
  • SENCo, pastoral team and specialist behaviour practitioners

This is a role where relationship-building, consistency and communication are key.
