A well-resourced primary school in Richmond is recruiting a reliable and compassionate SEN TA to join the SEND team from January 2026. This SEN TA role will involve providing one-to-one and small-group support, delivering structured intervention programmes and helping pupils access the full curriculum. The successful SEN TA will attend induction and handover before January 2026 and will be in post from January 2026, contributing to a consistent, high-quality approach throughout January 2026 and beyond.

Working in Richmond, the SEN TA will liaise closely with the SENCo and class teachers to adapt resources, run reading, maths and communication programmes and implement sensory or regulation strategies. The SEN TA will support pupils' social and emotional development, help embed routines and record outcomes to show impact. Responsibilities

  • Reliable, flexible and available to start January 2026, attending induction and pre-start briefings before January 2026.
