An exceptional Secondary School in Greenwich is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Science Technician to support their successful Science department. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-resourced and high-achieving department where practical science plays an important role in student learning and engagement.

The successful candidate will prepare equipment and materials for practical lessons across Biology, Chemistry and Physics, ensuring laboratories are safe, organised and fully equipped for teaching across KS3, KS4 and KS5. You will also support teachers during practical activities where required and assist with maintaining equipment and stock levels.

Responsibilities include preparing chemical solutions, maintaining laboratory resources and ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed carefully throughout the department. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within a busy environment are essential.

The school is looking for someone practical, proactive and able to contribute positively to a collaborative Science team. Experience working within a laboratory, technical or educational environment would be advantageous.
