Finance Assistant – Experience and Qualifications

Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or administrative role (school finance experience desirable)

Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail

Experience with financial systems (e.g. FMS, PS Financials, or similar) and Microsoft Excel

Ability to process invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts accurately

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and meet deadlines

Professional and discreet when handling confidential financial information
