About the Role

This is a varied leadership role requiring excellent commercial awareness, organisational skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, governors, parents, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

  • Oversee procurement, contract management, and supplier relationships

  • Manage HR operations, recruitment, payroll liaison, and personnel processes

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and statutory regulations

  • Oversee estates, facilities management, and premises development

  • Lead the school's administrative and operational support teams

  • Support strategic planning alongside the Headteacher and Governors
