A friendly and welcoming Primary School in the London Borough of Islington is seeking an organised and professional School Administrator to join its office team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy school environment and delivering outstanding support to staff, pupils and families. The successful candidate will become a key member of the administrative team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office.

You will act as one of the first points of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies, providing a professional and welcoming reception service while ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. You will also manage telephone and email enquiries, maintain pupil records, process admissions paperwork and support attendance administration.

Working closely with the Headteacher and Office Manager, you will organise meetings, prepare correspondence, update management information systems, maintain confidential records and assist with the administration of educational visits, school events and wider office projects. The successful candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You will enjoy working as part of a supportive team and take pride in delivering an efficient administrative service.
