The Administrator will manage reception duties, handle phone and email enquiries, process school communications, support admissions paperwork and maintain accurate pupil and staff records. This Administrator role in Greenwich is essential to the smooth running of the office and to maintaining strong communication with parents and external partners.

The Administrator will operate the school MIS, prepare standard letters and communications, support finance tasks such as trips administration and assist with lettings and room bookings. Induction and training will be provided in the lead-up to January 2026, and the Administrator will begin work in January 2026 ready for the spring term.
Responsibilities- Manage reception, answer enquiries, direct calls and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records on the school MIS, process admissions and update pupil information.
- Support administration for trips, events and parents’ evenings, including communications and permissions.
- Assist with basic finance administration tasks (e.g. income logging, invoices) and lettings coordination.
- Support daily office systems and contribute to a positive, efficient administrative function.
- Previous experience in a school or busy office environment and confident IT and MIS skills.
- Excellent customer-service approach, strong organisational ability and accurate data-entry.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, communicate well with parents and staff and prioritise effectively.
- Proactive, trustworthy and able to start January 2026, with training and induction scheduled before January 2026.
- Comfortable working locally in Greenwich and supporting the school community.
