- Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.
- Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SEN staff, and senior leaders to ensure continuity of learning.
- Contributing to pupil progress meetings, interventions, and whole-school initiatives.
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and achievement.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with school policy.
- Participating actively in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide projects.
- Upholding safeguarding and child protection policies, ensuring the welfare and safety of all pupils.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in KS1 or KS2 (ECTs welcome).
