Your Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for managing the school's operational services, ensuring high standards are maintained across all areas.

Key duties include:

  • Leading the school's administrative and operational support functions

  • Overseeing premises, facilities and health & safety compliance

  • Managing contracts, procurement and external service providers

  • Supporting HR administration and recruitment processes

  • Monitoring operational budgets and expenditure

  • Developing efficient systems and improving day-to-day processes

  • Working alongside senior leaders to support strategic projects and school improvement initiatives

About You
