An Outstanding Independent School in Ealing is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Librarian to manage and develop their school library. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about literacy, reading and supporting students in becoming confident independent learners.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operation of the library, ensuring it remains an engaging, welcoming and purposeful learning environment for students across KS3, KS4 and KS5. Responsibilities will include managing stock, organising resources, maintaining records and supporting students with reading recommendations and research skills.

You will work closely with teaching staff to support literacy initiatives, curriculum projects and independent learning across the school. The role may also involve organising reading events, displays and enrichment activities to promote reading for pleasure and wider student engagement.
