The Role
As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance, compliance, and security of the school site.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading planned and preventative maintenance programmes
Managing contractors and service agreements
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Supporting refurbishment and facilities improvement projects
Monitoring premises budgets and expenditure
Maintaining a safe, secure, and professional learning environment
The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and confident managing a busy site while maintaining high standards across all areas of the school.
Previous facilities, estates, premises, or site management experience is essential.
